Yes, amazing customer experience. First timer ordering a Doll and from this Vendor. The Doll arrived quickly and in good condition, I would give it a 5/5. The journey from ordering to asking questions about a product that would take months, the seller is with me on the way. I ask and they answer. I also like how there is a tracking number to see a timeline where the doll is. I especially like their email updates and their gifs. I would definitely buy from this Vendor again.
